Listening to new Earthsuit. If you have not heard of Earthsuit, you are truly missing a large chunk of what life is about. Ok, maybe that's pushing it a little but it is some of the most carefully crafted rock mixed with jazz, electronica, hip-hop, and funk with trancy undertones, good (meaning not like the beastie boys) white-boy-rap, and more phat synth parts than you can imagine. It's good stuff. And . . . . . they're breaking up. See, Adam does the singing and Paul does the rapping. These different artistic influences are what I think made the band unique but they can't seem to work together I guess so we'll have two groups. Hopefully the two will be better than earthsuit but that's highly improbable. Oh well. Enough about the music I'm listening too.

Life is great right now. A lot of that has to do with Jen Price. But there's crappy stuff in life happening too. It just seems that at times I'm more resistant to the crappy stuff in life and sometimes it bogs me down. I wish I could nail down that variable. I think music has a lot to do with that. And I know that God has a huge part to do with that. That's a good thing cause if it depended on me I'd be screwed.

Tomorrow is Christmas at the Valley. It's very frustrating because I don't know the words and neither does the rest of the choir. Of course this is our fault and not Dr. W's (sarcasm) It's not possible that we're in over our heads with difficult material is it? I think so. I think we'd be ok if we could use our folders. I don't know if I have the right to talk to him about this or not. I may say something to him. I don't know. Of course everyone in choir thinks that I should say something. I just don't want to suck tomorrow. We'll see.

I'm going to head over to the studio.
